Template portfolios exist to provide basic reference information used to populate new portfolios you create in Proliance. Although you can also reference actual live portfolios when creating new portfolios, templates enable you to set out the basic configuration, document, and workspace information that should be applied to new portfolios without carrying over any extraneous information from live portfolios.
NOTES:
By default, Proliance comes with one template portfolio named
'Default Template Portfolio', which contains the template managed workspace
'Default Template Managed Workspace'. For information on creating template
portfolios, see "Creating
a Template Portfolio".
