Portfolio Properties - Languages

The Languages page of the Portfolio Properties document displays list of available languages that can be displayed when users access the Portfolio. You can also use the Languages page to set the default language that is displayed if none of the user's preferred languages match the available languages for the Portfolio.

List of languages available on the Language page is limited by the languages supported by the parent Organization. Likewise, the languages available to the workspaces that are members of the portfolio are limited by to the languages set at the Portfolio level. To set the available languages for the Portfolio

1. In the Portfolio work area, click Administration > Portfolio Properties
2. In the Portfolio Properties register, click a Portfolio Properties document.
3. On the Portfolio Properties document, click the Languages page.
4. On the Languages page, click Edit.
5. Click Add Line.
6. In the Languages selection dialog, select one or more languages in the left pane and move them to the right pane using the right arrow.
7. Click OK.

To set a default language for a Portfolio

1. In the Portfolio work area, click Administration > Portfolio Properties
2. In the Portfolio Properties register, click a Portfolio Properties document.
3. On the Portfolio Properties document, click the Languages page.
4. On the Languages page, click Edit.
5. In the Languages dialog, in the Default Language column, select a language as a default.
6. Click OK.
