Removing a Staff Member's User Account

Depending on your needs, you can temporarily or permanently remove a staff member's Proliance account. You typically do this at the same time as you deactivate the staff member. For more information, see "Removing an Account".

Note:

  • Removing a staff member's user account is not the same as deleting the staff member from Proliance. When you remove a staff member's user account, information about the staff member is still in Proliance, but the staff member can no longer log on.
