About the Staff Tab

The Staff tab displays a list of the staff assigned to the selected org company or business unit. If you want to see a list of all of the staff in your organization, see the Staff register.

Note that an organization company or business unit must have at least one active staff member. Only active organization companies and business units can be selected from pick lists in Proliance.

The following table lists the specialized commands available on the Staff tab. For more information about the standard commands available on the Staff tab, see "Proliance Registers". Available commands are determined by the permissions in your security role.

Add an existing staff member to a business unit

Add Staff

Set the selected staff to be the primary contact within the company, removing the primary status from any other contact in the company. Set as Primary

Add selected staff members to a workspace.

This option is located under Tools.
