Setting the Primary Contact

From the Contacts tab, you can select one contact to be the primary contact of an org company, business unit, or external company. Setting the primary contact removes the primary status from any other contact in the company.

To set the primary location, your security role must have permission to update contacts. For more information, see "About Security Permissions".

To set the primary contact

  1. Open the Contacts tab of the appropriate company.
  2. The list of contacts for the company appears.

  3. Select the check box next to the contact you wish to set as primary.
  4. Click Set As Primary.
  5. Proliance marks the selected contact as primary.
