My Notices Menu
Use the My
Notices menu in the Organization
work area to view all of the notices and associated documents
that other staff members or contacts have sent to you. You can also view
the notices and associated documents that you have sent
to other staff members or contacts.
The My
Notices menu contains the following registers:
- Received: The notices that other staff
members or contacts have sent to you
- Sent:
The notices that you have sent to other staff members or contacts
- Unresolved: The notices representing
documents that could not be accepted into your organization due to conflicts.
- Rejected: The notices that have been rejected from
the Unresolved register.
- Undeliverable: The notices that you attempted to send to
other staff members or contacts, but which Proliance was unable to deliver
- Archived
:The notices that are no longer
active, but which you have saved for possible future viewing
Note that notices and documents sent to your workspace-level Proliance
address appear in the My Notices
menu for your workspace instead of the My
Notices menu for your organization. You access the My
Notices menu for your workspace through the Programs & Projects work area.
To
open the My Notices menu in the Programs & Projects work area
- From
the Home page, click Programs & Projects.
- From the Workspaces register, click Enter next to the appropriate workspace.
- Under
Notices, expand the My
Notices submenu.
