My Notices Menu

Use the My Notices menu in the Workspaces work area to access notices that you sent or received from other workspace participants, and notices and documents that were undeliverable or archived.

The My Notices menu contains the following registers:

• Received:The notices that other workspace participants have sent to you. For more information, see "Received Register".
• Sent:The notices that you have sent to other workspace participants. For more information, see "Sent Register".
• Unresolved:The notices representing documents that could not be accepted into the workspace due to conflicts. For more information, see "About the Unresolved Register".
• Rejected:The notices that have been rejected from the Unresolved register. For more information, see "About the Rejected Register".
• Undeliverable:The notices that you attempted to send to other workspace participants, but which Proliance was unable to deliver. For more information, see "Undeliverable Register".
• Archived:The notices that are no longer active, but which you have saved for possible future viewing. For more information, see "Archived Register".

Note: Notices and documents sent to you in the Organization work area appear under the My Notices menu in the Organization work area instead of the My Notices menu for your workspace.

To open the My Notices menu

1. From the Home page, click Programs & Projects.

2. From the Workspaces register, click Enter next to the appropriate workspace.
3. Under Notices, expand the My Notices submenu.

The My Notices menu appears. Select the register that contains the type of notices you wish to view.
