My Notices Menu

Use the My Notices menu in the Workspaces work area to access notices that you sent or received from other workspace participants, and notices and documents that were undeliverable or archived.

The My Notices menu contains the following registers:

Note: Notices and documents sent to you in the Organization work area appear under the My Notices menu in the Organization work area instead of the My Notices menu for your workspace.

To open the My Notices menu

  1. From the Home page, click Programs & Projects.

  2. From the Workspaces register, click Enter next to the appropriate workspace.
  3. Under Notices, expand the My Notices submenu.
  4. The My Notices menu appears. Select the register that contains the type of notices you wish to view.
