Forms Dialog Box

Use the Forms dialog box to select the form to be added to the current plan.

This dialog box displays the following controls:

  1. Specify your search options and then click Find.
  2. The search results appear in the list at the top. The forms in the search results can be in any workflow state.

  3. Click Add next to the name of the form you wish to select.
  4. The form is moved to the list at the bottom. To cancel the selection of an entry, click Remove next to the form's name, or click Add to select another form.

  5. Click OK.
  6. Proliance closes the dialog box and enters the selected form.
