Editing a Deficiency

You can edit any deficiency, providing that it is not in the Closed state and your security role permits the editing of the appropriate document type.  For more information, see "About Security Permissions".  

To edit a deficiency

1. Open the Deficiency List register.
2. Select the deficiency to edit and click Edit.
3. Make the necessary edits.  Please refer to the following for more information on the fields for each page:
• Main 
• Resolution 
• Action Items 
• Inspection Log 
• Properties 

Headings marked with an asterisk (*) are required.  All other headings are optional.

4. Click Save.

Proliance saves the document.  Click Exit edit mode when done.
