The Action Items page shows information on each of the actions or tasks required to resolve the defect specified in this deficiency document. A deficiency will require one or more action items in order to be resolved, and each specific action item should be recorded here.
The deficiency needs to be in edit mode before you can modify the fields.
The following table summarizes the actions available in the Action Items list. These actions are only available when the deficiency is in edit mode.
