Deficiency - Resolution
The Resolution
page of the deficiency document displays a summary of information related
to the eventual resolution of the deficiency, including signoff information,
general notes on work completed, cost and schedule implications, instructions,
as well as important dates.
The following information is described on this page:
Resolution
Date
Tracking
- Created Date: Displays the date that the deficiency is created. This
field is read-only.
- Inspected: Enter or click the Calendar Icon to select the date of the initial inspection.
- Activated: Enter or click the Calendar Icon to select the date the deficiency is
activated. Proliance automatically inserts the current date when a deficiency's
state changes to Active.
- Received :Enter or click the Calendar Icon to select the date that you receive the
deficiency information from the inspector.
- Assigned: Enter or click the Calendar Icon to select the date that the work on the
deficiency is assigned.
- Est. Complete: Enter or click the Calendar Icon to select the date that work is estimated
to complete.
- Due Date: Enter or click the Calendar Icon to select the date that the resolution
must be completed.
- Completed Date: Enter or click the Calendar Icon to select the date that work is actually
completed.
- Submitted for
Closure: Enter or click the Calendar Icon to select the date that the deficiency
is submitted for closure. Proliance automatically inserts the current
date when a deficiency's state changes to Pending
Closure.
- Re-inspected: Enter or click the Calendar Icon to select the date of the re-inspection
to verify that the work has been completed satisfactorily.
- Signed
Off: Enter or click the Calendar Icon to select the date that you sign off
on work completed for the deficiency.
- Closed: Enter or click the Calendar Icon to select the date that the deficiency
is closed. Proliance automatically inserts the current date when a deficiency's
state changes to Closed.
Cost
Impact
- Estimated Cost: Enter the estimated monetary cost impact that the resolution has on
the workspace.
- Actual Cost: Enter the actual monetary cost impact that the resolution has on the
workspace.
- Cost Impact Note: Type additional comments to explain the cost impact.
