Copying a Deficiency

You can make a copy of any deficiency. When you copy a deficiency, Proliance also copies all information in the original deficiency, including the classification/location attributes, reference drawings, and all information in the Resolution, Action Items, and Inspection Log pages.

To copy a deficiency

1. Open the Deficiency List register.
2. Select the deficiency that you wish to copy.
3. Click Options then select Copy to New.

Proliance creates a new deficiency document based on the existing one. The new deficiency is in Draft state.

4. Make the necessary edits to the new document. Please refer to the following for more information on the fields for each page:
• Main 
• Resolution 
• Action Items 
• Inspection Log 
• Properties
5. Click Save.

Proliance saves the document. Click Exit edit mode when done.
