Processing a Document With Unresolved Conflicts

When Proliance receives a document that it can't process because of conflicts, it places a notice in the Unresolved register in the recipient's Notices menu. The recipient can then attempt to process the document. If the document was sent to more than one recipient, then each recipient will see a notice in his or her Unresolved register. Any one of the recipients can then attempt to resolve the conflict.

To process an unresolved document

  1. Open either the Unresolved or Rejected registers.
  2. Select the document that you wish to process.
  3. The Conflict Resolution Wizard appears.

  4. Follow the instructions in the wizard to attempt to resolve the conflicts within the document.
  5. If your resolution attempt is not successful, you can run the wizard again to try another corrective action.
