About the Drawings/Submittals Page

Depending on the type of package currently open, this page lists all the drawing or submittal documents contained in the package. This page provides pertinent details of the documents so that you can see at a glance the progress of each during the review.

You can add documents to this page while the package has a state of Draft or Submitted.

This page shows the following information for each document in the package. The page needs to be in edit mode before you can modify the fields.

• Accepted Count: The number of reviewers who have recommended that this document be accepted. This value is from the Reviewer Feedback page.
• Change Status on Completion: Select the state that Proliance will change the document to once the managing contact completes the package. The options are: Accepted, Rejected, or Canceled.
• Comments Count: The number of reviewers who have entered a comment along with their recommendation.
• Due Date: The date when the drawing or submittal is expected to be due. This field is for display only.
• Rejected Count: The number of reviewers who have recommended that this document be rejected. This value is from the Reviewer Feedback page.
• Synch with Package: Select this checkbox to synchronize the due date of this package item with the due date of the package as specified on the Main page. Clear this checkbox to keep the due date of the document separate from the package.
• Title: The name of the drawing or submittal. You can click the Magnifying Glass icon to select a different document when that package is in the Draft or Submitted state.
  
  Click the name of the document to open it in a separate window.
• Workflow Status: The current state of the document. This state will usually be the same as the package's state, but it is possible for it to differ.

 Example of how the state may differ

Example 1:

You add a Submitted drawing to a Draft drawing package.

Example 2:

You add a Draft drawing to a Draft drawing package. Later, someone opens that drawing from with Drawings register and changes the state to Accepted. The drawing now shows as Accepted within the drawing package.

The following table summarizes the actions available on this page while in the edit mode. Aside from viewing detailed information about an item, these actions are available only to the managing contact or any other person with equivalent permissions in their security roles.
