Editing Review Steps

You can edit review steps in any document or package in the Draft or Submitted workflow state.

To edit review steps

  1. Open the document, package, form or template form register.
  2. Select the document containing the review steps to edit.
  3. Click either the Review Steps page or the Review Process page.
  4. The review steps for the document appear.

  5. Click Edit.
  6. The page enters the edit mode.

  7. Make the necessary edits to each column. Please refer to either of the following for more information, depending on the page you selected:
  8. Recalculate the dates, if necessary
  9. If you've made changes to any of the dates, you should click either Calculate Backward or Calculate Forward to ensure all the dates link correctly. For more information, see "Calculating Start and Finish Dates".

Note:

  • If changes to the step number do not immediately reorder the rows on the screen, click the Refresh button on the page.
  • Simultaneous reviews are permitted. For more information, see "Creating Review Steps".
