Deleting a Custom Print Layout

Delete custom print layouts that are no longer used or relevant. Your security role must have permission to delete custom print layout documents. For more information, see "About Security Permissions".

You can delete a custom print layout from either of the following places:

• From the register: Use this method to quickly delete several documents at once.
• From the document: Use this method when you need to verify the document before deleting it.

 To delete a custom print layout

1. Open the Custom Print Layout register.
2. Select the check box next to the custom print layout documents to delete, then click Delete.

—or—

Select the custom print layout to delete, then click Delete .

3. Proliance prompts you to confirm the deletion.
4. Click Yes to confirm.

Proliance removes the custom print layout and its associated layout file from the system.
