If you have security permission, you can delete workspaces that are no longer active. This can be done only from the organization work area. After a workspace is deleted, no user will be able to access it from the workspaces work area. You can only delete a workspace that is currently in the Draft, Completed or Canceled state. For more information on the workflow states, see "Workspace Properties Workflow States".
Proliance will not allow you to delete the last workspace in a portfolio or the last standalone workspace in your organization. However, in either case the last workspace remaining can be a template.
Your security role must have permission to delete workspaces. For more information, see "About Security Permissions".
