The Main page of the Portfolio Properties document displays a general overview of the portfolio, its type, its currency, the managing company, and other general document information. Information about a portfolio is grouped under the following sections. The Portfolio Properties document needs to be in edit mode before you can modify the fields.
Note: Once a portfolio has been activated, portfolio properties information can only be edited from the Portfolios work area. For more information, see "Editing Portfolio Properties".
Enter the URL that points to the workspace's logo. The logo may be either
in a JPG or GIF format.

When first creating the portfolio, select the check box to copy all document
and service data from the Portfolio Reference
to the new portfolio. If you leave this blank, the new portfolio will contain
no data.
When first creating the portfolio, select the check box to copy all document
and service data from each of the workspaces in the Portfolio
Reference. If you leave this blank, Proliance will copy the workspaces
with no data. For more information, see "Creating

The current state of the document. For more information on the possible
states of your portfolio, see "Portfolio
Properties Workflow States".
Select Yes to indicate that
the area in which the portfolio's workspaces are located uses Daylight Savings
Time. Otherwise, select No. A
Daylight Savings Time selection is required.
Type a brief description of the portfolio.
Select the check box to indicate that the portfolio is a template portfolio.
This field is only used when creating template portfolios. Your selection
cannot be changed once the portfolio leaves the Draft
workflow state.
Click the Magnifying Glass icon
Type a string of characters that uniquely identifies this portfolio, or
leave it blank if Proliance is configured to supply one. You can configure
the format of this number by using Proliance
Local Admin. For details, refer to the Proliance Local Admin on-line help.

Displays the total number of live workspaces in the Active
workflow state that belong to the portfolio. This number does not include
any template workspaces that may belong to the portfolio.
You can view a list of the portfolio's workspaces from the Workspace
Properties register in the Portfolios work area.
Type the account name of the portfolio. This name is used by integration
accounts to access specific portfolios in Proliance. The account name cannot
have any special characters and any spaces you enter will be automatically
truncated.

Type the portfolio's full name. This is usually the official or legal
name of the workspace. The name must be unique within the organization.
The portfolio name is required.
Click the Magnifying Glass icon
S elect from the drop-down list the time zone where the portfolio's workspaces
are located. The portfolio time zone is required.
Choose the Type of Portfolio
you wish to create.Use the Content Management Sites section to define all the Sharepoint sites that you wish to be accessible from within this Portfolio.
Enter the complete URL of the Sharepoint site you wish to access from
this Portfolio. Example: https://portal.acme.com
Enter a description of the Sharepoint site you have defined.
Select this checkbox if you want this site to be automatically created
in the Workspaces that are owned by this Portfolio.
