Deleting a Lookup Version

You can delete any lookup version that is not currently used by a workspace. However, you cannot delete the last version of a lookup.

To delete a lookup version

  1. Open the Lookup Lists register for shared workspaces from the Portfolios work area.
  2. Select the lookup that contains the version to delete.
  3. The Lookup Version Manager appears.

  4. On the Lookup Versions tab, select the check box next to the version you want to delete.
  5. Click Delete.
  6. Proliance removes the lookup version.  

Tips:

  • To determine whether the version is still in use, check the # Workspaces column on the Lookup Versions tab. A '0' (zero) should be showing in the column.
  • To remove a lookup version from a workspace, use the Assigned Workspaces tab.
