The Inspection Log page contains information relating to an inspection of the action items that have been specified as required to resolve this deficiency. An inspection can deal with one or more action items, and each item may also require more than one inspection before being successfully completed.
The deficiency needs to be in edit mode before you can modify the fields.
The following table summarizes the actions available in the Inspection Log list. These actions are only available when the deficiency is in Edit mode.
