Locking a Drawdown

Lock a drawdown if you want to temporarily prevent Proliance from performing the drawdown. You cannot lock drawdowns on a document whose state is Approved. However, Proliance may automatically lock a drawdown on a document regardless of its state.

 To lock a drawdown

1. Open any of the following registers: (Expense) Contracts, (Expense) Change Orders, (Expense) auto-commit Invoices, or Cost Events.

2. Select the document that contains the drawdown that you want to lock.

3. Click Edit.
4. Select the drawdown to be locked.
5. In the Is Frozen column, select the check box.
6. Click Save.

The drawdown is now locked until you unlock it.
