Deleting an Instruction

Proliance enables you to delete any instruction in the Draft or Cancelled states. Your security role must have permission to delete instructions. For more information, see "About Security Permissions".

You can delete an instruction from either of the following places:

• From the register: Use this method to quickly delete several instructions at once.
• From the document: Use this method when you need to verify the instruction before deleting it.

 To delete an instruction

1. Open the Instructions register.
2. Select the check box next to the instructions to delete, then click Delete.

—or—

Select the instruction to delete, then click Delete .

3. Proliance prompts you to confirm the deletion.
4. Click Yes to confirm.

Proliance removes the instruction.
