When you calculate a cashflow worksheet for the first time, Proliance fills in information on the worksheet. When you calculate a worksheet any time thereafter, Proliance overwrites all the information and discards any edits that were manually made to the worksheet. The resulting worksheet has no variance and can be saved.
Recalculating the cashflow worksheet is one way to update the worksheet. The other way is to update the totals only. For more information, see "Updating Totals on the Cashflow Worksheet".
To recalculate the cashflow worksheet
If this is the first time you've calculated the worksheet in the current cashflow document, you are not asked to confirm.
Proliance erases the current worksheet and inserts the newly calculated values.
