Update Revisions

It is possible that a drawing or catalog card revision added to a package may not be the latest or the accepted revision when the package is issued.

Use the Update Revision button on the Bidder Instructions and Scope of Work pages to update each line item to the latest revision. These changes will be immediately reflected in the invitations generated from the package.

Tip

If the package has already been issued to bidders, you can create and issue a package addendum to notify bidders of the specific changes made when updating revisions.

When you click Update Revision, you can update the drawing or catalog card list in the following ways:

Update all revisions with the latest revision of the drawing or catalog card. The latest revision may not be the Accepted revision.
Update all revisions with the Accepted revision. The Accepted revision may not be the latest revision.

Note: If a drawing or catalog card has no Accepted revision, then no update occurs—the current revision continues to show in the list.

Proliance saves the Bid Package document prior to updating the list.
