Bid Proposal Workflow

Use the Workflow button to submit the proposal. For more information about using the Workflow button, see "Performing a Workflow Action". The following table describes the out-of-the-box workflow states and actions for the Bid Proposal document.

Pending Draft	Submit	Proposals cannot be submitted if any of the following conditions exist: There are pending invitation addenda that have not been acknowledged. The bid competition deadline has passed or has been closed. The disclaimer on the Submission page has not been accepted. The bidder has declined their invitation.	Submitted If the bid competition deadline has passed, the proposal is made available to the bid coordinator for review.
