Removing Documents from a Package

You can remove any item from a package in the Draft or Submitted workflow state. Removing an items makes it eligible to be added to another package.

ClosedTo remove a document from a package

  1. Open the appropriate register for the package.
  2. Select the package.
  3. Click the Drawings or Submittals page.

    4. The documents currently in the package are shown.

  4. Click Edit.
  5. Select the row to remove.

    6. Click the cell next to the Title column to select the row.

  6. Click Remove.

    7. Proliance removes the document from the grid.

  7. Click Save to commit your changes.

Note:

  • Only the link between the document and the package is removed. The document itself (drawing or submittal) is not removed from Proliance.
