Authorized users can remove standard forms from a standard plan. Once a standard form is removed, you can manually change its workflow state.
Removing a standard form from a standard plan does not affect plans already created from that standard plan, nor does it affect the plans listed in the Plans register. The removal only affects future plans created from the standard plan.
To remove standard forms from a standard plan
Note that if a standard plan appears in both the Organization and Workspaces work areas, modifying it in one work area does not affect the standard plan in the other work area or any other workspaces. A standard plan can appear in two different work areas if it was created from the Organization work area and then copied and synchronized to one or more workspaces.
When you save changes in the Organization work area, if the standard plan has been exported to any workspaces, Proliance will prompt you to synchronize the changes with those workspaces.
The Main page appears.
The standard forms linked to that stage appear.
Proliance removes the standard form from the selected stage of the standard plan.
If you are currently in the Organization work area and the standard plan has been exported to other workspaces, Proliance prompts you to either save, or synchronize and save. Synchronizing saves the changes to all workspaces using the standard plan.
