Editing a Plan Package

You can edit any plan package, providing that your security role permits you to edit plan packages. For more information, see "About Security Permissions".

Editing a plan package may include:

• Changing the identification information for the group
• Changing the list of standard plans associated with the group

To edit a plan package

1. Open the Plan Packages register from the appropriate work area.

Note: If a plan package appears in both the Organization and Workspaceswork areas (that is, it was created from the Organization work area and then copied to one or more workspaces), editing it in one work area does not affect the plan packages in any other work area or workspace.

2. Select the Plan Package you want to edit and then click Edit.
3. Make the necessary edits. Please refer to the following for more information on the fields for each page:
• Main
• Properties

Headings marked with an asterisk (*) are required. All other headings are optional.

4. Click Save.

Proliance saves the changes. Click Exit Edit Mode when you are finished editing.
