Editing a Form or Standard Form

You can edit any revision of a form or standard form, providing that your security role permits the editing of forms or standard forms. For more information, see "About Security Permissions".

Modifying a standard form does not affect the forms already in use in a workspace. However, when you move to the next stage in a plan, you have the option of refreshing a form to use the latest accepted revisions of its corresponding standard form.

To edit a form or standard form

  1. Open the Forms register.
  2. — or —

    Open the Standard Forms register.

  3. Select the Form or Standard Form and then click Edit.
  4. Make the necessary edits. Please refer to the following for more information on the fields for each page:
  5. Headings marked with an asterisk (*) are required. All other headings are optional.

  6. Click Save.
  7. Proliance saves the changes. Click Exit Edit Mode when you are finished editing.
