Staff - Workspace History
The Workspace
History page of a staff document
displays the list of the workspaces in which the selected staff member is
currently involved, or has been involved in the past. The staff document
needs to be in edit mode before you can modify the fields.
WorkspaceHistory
- Last Day : Enter the date when the staff member finished or is expected to finish
working on the workspace.
- Notes: Enter or view additional information about
the staff member's role and responsibilities on the workspace.
- Time Spent: Type the total amount of time, in days, that the staff member has spent
on the workspace.
- Workspace Title: Type the workspace name for sorting and filtering purposes. The workspace
name is required.
- Workspace Number: Type an identifier for the workspace. The workspace number can include any
alphanumeric character. This number is useful for sorting and filtering
purposes. The workspace number is required.
- Workspace Status Code: Click the Magnifying Glass icon to select the staff member's relationship with
the workspace. Examples of statuses include: Current Assignment, Past Assignment.
