Newly-created staff members are configured with the default Content Formatting and Language of the Proliance organization in which they were created. After the new staff member logs in, they can update their content formatting and langauge preferences in the My Preferences dialog.
Ensure that you have all of the information that you will need, including the following required values:
To create a new staff member, your security role must have permission to create staff. For more information, see About Security Permissions.

Click the arrow next to New to choose another template. For more information, see About Document Subtypes.
A blank staff document appears. Some information may already be filled in, depending on the template used.

Proliance saves the page. Click Exit Edit Mode when done.
Once the staff member is active, if he or she will be logging onto Proliance you should create a User Account. For more information, see Creating a User Account.
