The Holds register lists all of your workspace's holds. Each of the columns displayed in this register shows information taken from any of the hold pages. The columns displayed depend on the current view.
The following table lists the specialized commands available in the Holds register. For more information about the standard commands available in the Holds register, see "Proliance Registers". Available commands are determined by the current work area and the permissions in your security role.

When there are many holds in the register, use the Filter button to help you manage the list. You can filter the register to display holds by company name, by contract (while including or excluding the associated invoices and change orders), by document type, by reason, or only those holds that have been released. You can also view all holds for a given document. |
