Using the Wizard to Add Catalog Card Revisions

Using the Catalog Card Creation Wizard, you can add revisions to existing catalog cards. Optionally, you can also attach files to the new catalog card revisions in the wizard.

To add catalog card revisions using the Catalog Card Creation Wizard

• In the left-hand navigation menu, under Catalog Cards, select the folder where the new catalog cards will be created.

2. Click Tools and then Catalog Card Creation Wizard.

• Select the projects to link with the new catalog card documents and click Next.

Note: If you are not using projects, the wizard skips this step and starts on the next step.

• Select a template for the new documents and click Next.
• Click Add New Revision ...

The Catalog Card dialog appears.

• In the Catalog Card dialog, click Add beside each catalog card you want to add a revision to, or click Add All.
• Click OK. The selected catalog cards appear in the Catalog Card Creation Wizard.
• For each catalog card revision you want to add a revision to, update information in the appropriate row and/or attach a new file attachment.
• Click Finish.
