The Catalog Card Creation Wizard contains a batch file uploader tool that you can use to upload multiple files from your local computer in a single process. These files are added to a queue from which you can choose to create new catalog cards.
The batch file uploader tool requires that Microsoft Silverlight be installed on your computer. If you do not already have Silverlight installed, you will be prompted to download and install the software when you start the batch file uploader tool.

To upload multiple files to a queue using the batch uploader tool:
Note: If you are not using projects, the wizard skips this step and starts on the next step.
The Add Files to Queue dialog displays.
The Open dialog displays.
Note: You can select multiple files at one time by pressing CTRL while selecting the files to be uploaded.
The Open dialog closes and the files to be uploaded are listed in the Add Files to Queue dialog.
The Add Files to Queue dialog closes.
The Select Uploaded File dialog displays.

Click Add All to create a document for every file listed.
The added files display in the list at the bottom of the dialog box. To remove a file from the list, click Remove beside the file, or click Remove All to remove all the files from the list .
A document line item for each added file is displayed in the wizard.
The wizard displays with a list of created documents.
