Deficiency Workflow States

The Deficiency document can have several states in Proliance. Each state indicates where the document is in its life cycle in Proliance. When you perform workflow actions on the document, the state of the document changes accordingly.

Draft

Indicates that the deficiency is being defined.

Active

Indicates that work on resolving the deficiency is ready to begin or has already begun.

Pending Closure

Indicates that the deficiency has been resolved by the responsible party and is waiting for inspection.

Closed

Indicates that the deficiency is no longer considered outstanding either because it has been resolved satisfactorily, deferred, superseded, or is no longer relevant.

5

Suspended

Indicates that the deficiency is active, but has been blocked from proceeding for a particular reason.
