The following table summarizes the actions that you can perform on a daily work journal document. The current document state and your security permissions determine which actions are available to you at any given moment. While in edit mode, Proliance displays the most likely next action at the top of the page, but you can select another action from the "Workflow" button.

Start Review The appropriate daily work journal documents have been added to the set and the set is being reviewed for approval. |

Close The set have been reviewed and approved. It is now ready to be closed. A closed set cannot be edited. |

Accepted/ Approved |
Reject The set is not accepted. The rejection returns the set back to the Active state, where it can be corrected. |
Reject action available only while in Pending Approval state. |

Reopen Return the daily work journal set to an active state so that it can be edited. |
