About Bid Package Addenda

Use package addenda to notify bidders that a modification has been made to an issued bid package. When a package addendum is created and issued to bidders, an invitation addendum is created for each bidder on the bidders list. All bidders on the list, except for those who have declined their invitation, will receive an invitation addendum.

After a package addendum is issued, all proposals that have previously been submitted by bidders will be withdrawn and made available for modification. Bidders must acknowledge all pending invitation addenda and resubmit their proposals with the changes outlined in their invitation addenda.

Create package addenda from the related Bid Package document on the Addenda tab. You can view a complete list of package addenda for the entire workspace in the Bid Package Addenda register, but this register is intended for reporting purposes only.
