Resetting a Notice from Read to Unread

When you read a notice, Proliance changes its icon from "not read" to "read." This enables you to filter the list of notices to show only those notices that are "unread."

If a notice is currently "read," but you want it appear as "unread" when you filter the list, you can reset the notice to "unread."

To reset a notice from "read" to "unread"

  1. Find the notice that you wish to reset.
  2. Select the check box next to the notice.
  3. Click Tools > Set as Unread.

    4. Proliance changes the notice icon to indicate that the notice is unread.
