Deleting a Transmittal

You can delete transmittals that are no longer used or relevant to a workspace or portfolio. Both sent and unsent transmittals can be deleted. Your security role must have permission to delete transmittals. For more information, see "About Security Permissions".

You can delete a transmittal from either of the following places:

• From the register: Use this method to quickly delete several transmittals at once.
• From the document: Use this method when you need to verify the transmittal before deleting it.

 To delete a transmittal

1. Open the Transmittals register.
2. Select the check box next to the transmittals to delete, then click Delete.

—or—

Select the transmittal to delete, then click Delete .

Proliance prompts you to confirm the deletion.

3. Click Yes to confirm.

Proliance removes the transmittal.

Note: Deleting a transmittal does not delete its transmittal items. Only the link between the item (drawing revision) and the transmittal is removed.
