Setting the Displaying Options

You can use the following options to customize data in your view.

To set the display options

1. Open the Options dialog box.
2. Click the Formatting tab.
3. Set the following options:
• Hide Non-Significant Decimals:Select this option to display significant decimals only. Any zeros to the right of the decimal point that are non-place holders are removed.
• Show Name for Default Measure Unit:Select this option to display the default unit of measure name.
• Show Date Variance Values in Hours:

  Select this option to display the start and finish date variances in hours. Clear this option to display these variances in days. This variance is calculated as:

  Variance = Current Schedule Value - Approved or Baseline Schedule Value

4. Click OK.
