RFI Workflow States

The RFI document can have several states in Proliance. Each state indicates where the document is in its life cycle in Proliance. When you perform workflow actions on the document, the state of the document changes accordingly.

Draft

Indicates the RFI question has not been sent. This state usually indicates a newly created RFI.

Question Submitted

Indicates the RFI question has been sent and the sender is now waiting for an answer.

3 In Review The RFI question is currently being reviewed, but has not been accepted or rejected.

Answer Submitted

Indicates the RFI answer has been sent in response to the question.

Closed

Indicates the sender of the question has accepted the RFI answer.

Pending Question Clarification

Indicates the RFI question has been returned to the original sender. This occurs when the recipient of the question requires additional clarification.

Pending Answer Clarification

Indicates the RFI answer was returned. This occurs when the sender of the question deems the RFI answer to be incomplete or requires additional clarification.
