Using Logos in Standard Reports and Documents
When printing a standard report, you can choose to display two logos
in the report header:
- Workspace
logo: A logo chosen to represent the current workspace. Set the Workspace Logo from the Main
page of the Workspace
Properties document. The logo that appears in the report varies
depending on the workspace in which the user is currently printing the report.
- Company
logo: A logo chosen to represent your company. Set the logo for
your company from the Main page
of your Company
document. The logo that appears in the report varies depending on the
company of the user currently printing the report.
Note: Choosing to
print the Workspace Logo in the Organization work area will have no effect.

to Set Up Logos in the Organization Work Area
- If you set up a logo for a vendor company then for
any user who logs in from that company, that logo will show on all reports
printed by that user, regardless of which user originally created the
reports.
- If the vendor
company logo is set up for a user
who created a specific document, then that company logo will be displayed
for all users viewing that document.
- If no vendor
company logo is set up for a specific user who is currently logged
in, then none will display in any document or reports that they create.
- If you have set
up a logo for an org company
then all users will see this logo on any documents that users associated
with that specific org company
create in that workspace.
