Using Logos in Standard Reports and Documents

When printing a standard report, you can choose to display two logos in the report header:

Note: Choosing to print the Workspace Logo in the Organization work area will have no effect.

  1. Open the document or register for which you want to print a report.
  2. Click Print The print icon..
  3. The Reports dialog box appears.
  4. Click the Standard tab.
  5. The report logo feature applies only to standard reports. Custom reports may have logos inserted as part of their custom layout.
  6. Click the Headers/Footers tab.
  7. Next to Company Logo, select the "First Page" check box for the company logo to appear in the header of the first page of the report.
  8. Next to Workspace Logo, select one or both of the following check boxes:
  9. Preview the report. This helps you determine if the logo was placed correctly.
  10. Print or Export the report as normal.

  1. If you set up a logo for a vendor company then for any user who logs in from that company, that logo will show on all reports printed by that user, regardless of which user originally created the reports.
  2. If the vendor company logo is set up for a user who created a specific document, then that company logo will be displayed for all users viewing that  document.
  3. If no vendor company logo is set up for a specific user who is currently logged in, then none will display in any document or reports that they create.
  4. If you have set up a logo for an org company then all users will see this logo on any documents that users associated with that specific org company create in that workspace.

  5. Logos setup in a workspace's properties, are only displayed in workspace properties documents.
