Standard Plan - Standard Forms

The standard Forms page of a standard plan lists all the standard forms that should be included in a plan. The forms are organized by stages that have been defined on the Main page of the standard plan. At least one stage must be defined before you can add any standard forms on this page.

Anyone with the proper security can add or remove forms from the list when creating the actual plans for a workspace.

This page shows the following document information for each stage. The standard plan document needs to be in edit mode before you can modify the fields.

• Title: Click the Magnifying Glass icon to select the standard form.
  
  If the standard form you wish to select has not been created in Proliance, click New while in the Standard Forms dialog box. Complete the required fields and click Save. You can now return to the dialog box to select this standard form.
• Required: Select this check box to indicate whether the standard form is required in this stage of the plan. Note that a standard form may appear several times in a plan and be optional in one stage, but required in another. A required standard form cannot be omitted when creating plans.
• Priority: From the drop-down list, select the importance of the standard form to the plan: Low, Medium (default), or High. This rating is unique to the current plan. In other words, if the form appears in multiple plans, it can have independent importance ratings in each plan. Note that the importance indicator is for your own purposes only and does not affect how Proliance processes the form.
