Standard Plan - Standard Forms

The standard Forms page of a standard plan lists all the standard forms that should be included in a plan. The forms are organized by stages that have been defined on the Main page of the standard plan. At least one stage must be defined before you can add any standard forms on this page.

Anyone with the proper security can add or remove forms from the list when creating the actual plans for a workspace.

This page shows the following document information for each stage. The standard plan document needs to be in edit mode before you can modify the fields.

Note:

  • You must link at least one standard form to each stage.
  • Only standard forms that are in the Accepted state are available to be added to a stage.
