Copying a Plan Package

You can make a copy of any plan package in the Workspaces work area. When you copy a plan package, Proliance also makes a copy of every standard plan added to the group. Standard forms linked to the plans, however, are not copied. Edits to the copied documents do not affect the original and the copies have no relationship to any document in the Organization work area.

To copy a plan package, your security role must have permission to create plan packages and standard plans. For more information, see "About Security Permissions".

To copy a Plan Package

1. Open the Plan Package register from the Workspaces work area.
2. Select the plan package you want to copy.
3. Click Options > Copy To New.

The Copy To New dialog box appears.

4. In the Plan Package Name field, type a title for the copy of the plan package.
5. Click OK.

Proliance saves the copies of the plan package and its standard plans in the appropriate registers.
