You can delete portfolios that are no longer in use from the Organization work area. After a portfolio is deleted, no user will be able to access it from the Portfolios work area. When you delete a portfolio, any of its remaining workspaces in the Draft, Completed or Canceled workflow states are also deleted.
Proliance will NOT allow you to delete a portfolio in the following circumstances:
Before you can delete a portfolio, every one of its remaining workspaces must be in the Completed or Canceled states. For more information on the workflow actions of a portfolio, see "Portfolio Properties Workflow Actions".
To delete portfolios, your security role must have permission to delete portfolio properties and workspaces. For more information, see "About Security Permissions".
To delete a portfolio

Open the workspace you wish to delete and click Delete .
The portfolio is deleted along with any of its Completed or Canceled workspaces.
