Assigning a Workspace Summary to a Collection

Assign a workspace summary to a collection that share the same workspace-specific criteria, such as the month it was created and the location of the workspace. For more information on how to create a collection, see "Creating a Workspace Summary Collection".

In a collection, there can only be one workspace summary from each workspace. If you are assigning a workspace summary to a collection that already has a summary from the same workspace, Proliance will prompt you to replace the existing summary with the new one.

To add a workspace summary to a collection

  1. While viewing a workspace summary, click Options > Assign to collection.
  2. The Assign to Workspace Summary Collection dialog box appears.

  3. Select the collection to which you want to assign this workspace summary and click the Transfer button The Transfer button..
  4. Click Next.
  5. Proliance verifies that you want to add this workspace summary to the collection.

  6. Click Finish.

Note:

  • You can assign workspace summaries to a collection only from the Organization work area.
