Maintaining Your Organization's Locations

Your company documents are accompanied by a list of the locations with which they are associated.

You can create as many location documents to a company or business unit as you wish. Every company should have at least one location.

Whenever you create a location, you must supply some basic information, including:

• Addresses: mail, email, and so on
• Telephone numbers
• Business state: whether the location is active or inactive
• Main construction divisions: the types of work performed at the location
