The Main page of a location document contains detailed information about the location, including demographic, business, and contact information.
The company or business unit that owns the location is displayed above the General section. You can click on the company name to view detailed information about the company.
Information about the location is grouped under the following sections. The location document needs to be in edit mode before you can modify the fields.
Note: Location information can only be edited from the Organization work area. For more information, see "Editing Location Information".
The Summary section groups pertinent information from the other sections on the page. All information shown here are for display only.
The Project section displays a simplified version of the information available on the Projects tab. Use this section to quickly view a list of projects currently linked to the document, and to create, read and delete project links in edit mode. Information displayed in the project section is also available on the Projects tab, and any changes you make in the Project section is synchronized with the Projects tab.

Using the Project section, you can set the current document's project linking status to:
The current status of project linking is displayed in the section header so that you can quickly scan project status with all the sections on the Main page collapsed. The document must be in edit mode before you can update information in the Project section.
Depending on your Proliance configuration, you can optionally specify a priority for the Location document. This priority is simply a categorization for your company's purposes—it does not affect how Proliance handles the document.
This setting is available only for locations belonging to companies. This setting is not available for locations belonging to org companies or business units.
This section lists the telephone numbers that can be used to reach the location. To add a telephone number, click Add Line and then complete the information below. To delete a telephone number, select its check box and then click Delete Line(s).
This section lists the email addresses for the location. You can either define one general address for the entire location, or you can enter the addresses of all contacts working from that location.
To add an email address, click Add Line and then complete the information below. To delete an email address, select its check box and then click Remove Line(s).
This section lists the addresses for the location. An address is required for all locations.
To add an address, click Add Line and then complete the information below. To delete an address, select its check box and then click Delete Line(s).
The following sections appear only when viewing a location document in the Organization work area:
This section lists categories that describe the work classifications for the location. A work classification code describes the location's area of work. An example of work classification codes is the North American CSI system.

This section lists categories that describe the minority ownership of the company. This may be required for state reporting purposes.

This section lists categories that describe the labor classifications for the location. For example: Union, Non-union, Prevailing Wage.

This section lists categories that describe the construction divisions for the location. For example: Steel, Painting, Plumbing.

This section lists the geographical regions that the location is responsible for. To add a region, click Add Line while in edit mode and then complete the information below. To delete an region, select its check box while in edit mode and then click Delete Line(s).
It is up to your organization to decide how to classify the regions of work for a location. Proliance does not enforce any rules on their use.
This section is available only for companies defined in the Organization work area.
This section lists categories that describe the professional classifications for the location. Examples of professional classifications include "American Institute of Architects" and "State Engineering License".
