Editing a Training Certificate

When you select a training certificate from the Training History page, Proliance displays its information. Edit the information to keep it up-to-date. To edit training history information, your security role must have permission to update staff members. For more information, see "About Security Permissions".

To edit a training certificate

  1. Open the Staff register.
  2. — or —

    Open the Staff tab of the appropriate org company or business unit.

  3. Select the staff member for whom you're editing the training certificate.
  4. The Main page for the staff member appears.

  5. Click Edit.
  6. Click the Training History page.
  7. A list of training certificates for the staff member appears.

  8. Modify any certificate detail as required.
  9. You must supply information for headings that have an asterisk (*).

  10. Click Save.
  11. Proliance saves the changes. Click Exit Edit Mode when done.
