Deleting a Defined Currency

You can delete a defined currency in Proliance provided that:

• The currency is not being used by any line item in any document in the workspace.

• More than one currency is defined.

• The currency being deleted is not a workspace currency.

You can delete a currency from either of the following places:

• While viewing the currency: Use this method when you need to verify the currency details before deleting.
• From the register: Use this method to quickly delete multiple currencies at the same time from Currency registers.

To delete a defined currency, your security role must have permission to delete currencies. For more information, see "About Security Permissions".
